Me: I also seldom go shop for clothes one, no money.
Joel: You guess who wore the same as Ivan on that day?
Me: Girl or Boy?
Joel: Boy la
Me:You say girl i straight away say Yan Shan LOL
Me: Boy ar... Yong han? or Edmond?
Joel:BOTH! HAHAHA!
Me: Damn, i am good.
Above is a conversation i had with Joel over the topic whether life sucks a not and we happen to trample on a interesting topic, who is labeled as a no life person. What exactly is no life?
Scenario 1
Sh*oHe*g: My maplestory hermit lvl 120 liao now i can go *insert maplestory place* to kill *insert maplestory monster* liao. Experience not bad but i need *insert maplestory weapon* so i can deal more damage.
Scenario 2
Nerd: 333 days and counting.. I am gonna break the guiness world record by staying at home straight for a year...
Scenario 3
Me: Want go aljunied anot? There got sell *insert object* quite cheap.
Joel: SIAO! so far...
Me: Got MRT you scare what?
Joel: Still very far leh...
Me: Have you ever left Tampines before?
I think i better stop if not alot of people will come and sue me for slander lol. I won't deny that i am also a no life person, I sleep at 2+ am, i watch animes for hours straight, i play dota at night, i don shop for the latest clothes or gadgets(cos i am poor). There is nothing wrong staying at home the whole day but even birds like to be free in the wild, nobody would like to be caged up. Some say "no money lah, cannot go out" Bullshit. Who set this rule that you have to spend money when you go out? Just have some money-concept and just buy whats necessary and you won't ever have to stay at home because you have no money.
Don't be sad if you the one of those that are similar to my descriptions... There is still hope, firstly you are going to ask yourself what interests do you have? If you have a flair in music, go ahead and sign up for some music courses. This way you will be exposed to people and you will know the importance of dressing up and not wear mickey mouse shirts to gatherings =x
Next, find friends of common interests and hang out with them, of course not with ah bengs and ah lians lah.. decent friends of course.
Gaming isn't as bad as you guys think of, it actually creates a community where people can know each other thru online games. Like Ragnarok Online or World of Warcraft where teamwork is important thus the leader of a Guild(some sort of organization in games) actually mingle with his subordinates/members so that they can share their knowledge of the game among each other.
