Job hunting isn't about interviews or first impressions, its about filling up forms asking the same questions.

1st try- Sales assistant.
We went all the way to Kallang for the interview recommended by Philbert and when we reach the office, the receptionist said

"Interview arh? Fill this form first"

They asked general questions like your name, address and telephone numbers. The funny questions they asked were like have you taken drugs before, done any crime?

So the person-in-charge told us everything about the job and all we do was nod our head.

-Get our own attire
-Must work on weekends
-$5-6 per hour
-8 working hours

No Thank you.

2nd try-NTUC cashier/stock carrier.
This time it was recommended by the other bird, Rambert.

More forms to fill up and no they don ask about crimes and drugs but,
Can you carry 10-15k of goods?
I supposed that you will be rejected if you put no since stock carrier are in demand, no?

-Free attire( I believe)
-$5 an hour
-Flexible working hours

Not Bad.

3rd try- Cafe Cartel.
We were welcomed by the manager of the cafe and when we asked for the details of the job, all he can say was please take a seat first. We sat down and he came back with more forms.

-Need to pay $40 for their uniforms
-$? an hour
-? working hours

No Idea.

I hope anyone of them will just call me because I am sick of rotting at home. Talk about complaining of the long holidays..

Is this blog dead? Don't worry I am still here so what am I busy with? Nothing.
Life after the major exams was fantastic for the first few days however.. now i am getting bored.

Philbert said that he got a job
lobang at a chicken rice stall, YES chicken rice and all we have to do is scoop rice? 10 bucks for an hour and we just have to work for 3 hours so its like WOW, which idiot won't take this job, definitely not me. Then the news came after the PoA paper.. "They no need any more helpers liao" Piang eh! Now I am jobless! How am I going to support my shopping bills? This is how life goes and maybe I should go to mocca.com and advertise myself.

"Selling myself! 16 years old and still growing"

Went to make my passport after the PoA paper, yes i went alone. Luckily I got my latest PSP to kill my boredom while waiting in the train. Took a number and waited for my turn,
Ting! I saw my number flashed on the board and I eagerly went forward.

"Please come back 1 hour later to get your passport at counter 18 and 19"

WTH! One HOUR?! What am I going to do now? I went and explore the place around lavender MRT station, no shopping centres :( Still got a long way to go, I decided to find a place to sit and played my PSP and the place i chose was.. inside the subway. I sat on the floor like a beggar where the passerby will glance at me and find out what am I doing. I went back one hour later sharp and guess what, more waiting.

Despite the high efficiency of the Singapore's government, I can't see why I need to wait for one hour for this little red book which requires little time to process. Anyway I am looking for a job so any kind souls out there can
jio me? I will be eternally grateful.

Life is boring when you stay at home the whole day, all you do is eat, play, sleep and of course shit.
I've been so bored that i watched Resident Evil 3:Extinction and the Bee movie on the net already, yea i know i am an asshole for not watching it in the cinema however this is the only way to save some money.

My ratings for them, sucks.

Resident evil always end with a plot undiscovered and this time even though its the 3rd movie, there is still a suspension at the end of it. By the time the 4th sequel is out, i might be in NS already.. bloody hell- 3/5

The Bee movie.. Okay its from the producers of Shrek 3 uh huh, but the story is very lame. I don wish to be a spoiler but i agreed with the ratings the new paper gave, 2.5/5

Xbox 360 is seriously a cool device, went to Bjorn's grandma house after today paper. The graphics for games are WAY better then those of PS2 or PC. Now because of that, Joel said he didn't want to buy PSP anymore and wanted a Xbox 360 instead. Now, PSP or a phone? I am always in such a dilemma..

The match between Arsenal and Manchester United was .. unexpected. The score was 2-2 and Arsenal drew with Manchester by a lucky goal at the 91th minute. Can you believe this? Just a minute for you to be winning a game and your manager will shower you with praises and rewards-Boom, gone.

Soccer is not a guy's games, its for gays.

Guess what? One more SS paper and i can say goodbye to the dreaded O lvls! We still have the MCQ papers but it's quite easy isn't it? Four choices for you to choose and even those who don't know his work can get it right sometimes.

Humans have this thing call complacency in them. After the maths paper 2, I went with Macus and gang to safra for pool.

"Tml no paper what, you not retaking chinese right?"

True but what about the PoA paper the day after and physics ? That never occur to me that much when i agree to go with them.

Today, after the last paper of this week, i went to safra.. again. We were reminiscing about the times when we were in sec 1-2 where we were in the same class. We laughed like nobody business when we were talking about the funny times we had. Then they was showing me this photo of 3 girls and asked me who more
chio.

So i looked at the photo and stared at their faces.

"The middle one not
chio leh."

Then Sihao and Yiwei was laughing and said that Macus find her
chio.

Arsenal is playing against Manchester United tomorrow and I will be meeting with Macus and gang again at Yiwei house to watch the match. Definitely supporting Arsenal even though they drew with my Liverpool.

Can't wait to get back my results even though i can't guarantee i will get beautiful results.
