Gerrard the man!
Sunday, August 24, 2008

I am so happy right now! Liverpool was down 0-1 at the 85th minute but an equalizer from Carragher ensures a point for Liverpool. However, Liverpool Captain Steven Gerrard fired a winning goal just at the edge of the penalty box, 2-1 at full time.

Joel was like hoping for Liverpool to lose and when Middlesbrough scored he was like "GOALLL LIVERPOOL GOT OWNED HAHAHA." Too bad, we are leading with 6 points now ;)

I asked him to lend me a jacket so that I can survive in the hall during promos, the aircon like no need money one, damn bloody cold. But he brought a short-sleeved jacket, I need those with long-sleeves so that I won't have to keep my hands warm during the exam by sitting on them.(Thats what I did during mid-years) Bo bian, either I buy a Liverpool Jacket (WOOO!) or just buy those chapalang no brand jacket which cost like 3 times lesser then those Adidas jacket =/ which means either a jersey or a jacket, damn it.

Something is fucked up here, I'm getting obsessed with branded goods. I sound like those vain bimbos who buy like 15 bags from some branded stores , screw consumerism. One simple shirt with a big tick and 4 big words which spells "N I K E" cost you like 50 bucks and a simple jacket with 3 stripes at the sides and one tiny winny club logo costs you like 70 bucks? Rip-off lah!

As if I can win the world cup trophy by wearing Adidas/Nike Sports Gear...

I think I just did it, LOL!

KILLING SPREE!

Happy 43th Birthday Singapore!

Following the birthday of Singapore, I went on a shopping spree . It all spark off when my running shoes abandon me by committing suicide (His whole face was disfigured) thus my father pass me 100 bucks *plays holy sound* to get a new pair of running shoes. I thought that it will be cheaper to get it from Queensway so I gather a few
kakis and travel alllllllll the way there.

Walk around, saw lots of shoes and balls. Then walk into one shop where I chose my running shoes recommended by the salesperson. Bloody hell the shoes get lighter in every model, like feather like that. Thats what you get when you wear branded shoes eh, solid one. Then I saw the street soccer shoes and wanted to buy a pair too and then that guy hit the nail on the spot.

"What shoe you want? We got shoes wore by Gattuso , Rio Ferdinand and whats that guy's name? ah! Fernando Torres"

My new street soccer shoes.

Ting* My eyes was wide open and he continued to ask me which club I supported.
"Liverpool all the way man"

He then said he will give me a discount cos he too supported Liverpool and I decided to add one more item to my shopping cart, a ball. We then took the train to Changi Village for seafood , I gotta admit I've limited choices. For those who don know, I am allergic to prawns and I am not into Clams or Sotongs so basically the whole meal I only ate the Sambal kangkong and Sambal Stingray.

Took Bus 29 home and on the way we decided to try the new ball so we drop at the soccer court behind our Secondary School. Now this will spook you , we were playing then one of my friend accidentally kicked the ball too high and it landed in a construction area where it is sealed by high fences. We then tried to climb in but we can't cos the edges were too sharp. Then the lights of the court got switched off and I realized my watch was not working( It stops at 9.50, both hands pointing at 10.) God damn it and tml a Sunday where it is the bangla workers day off. We then decided to retrieve the ball tomorrow coding "Operation Retrieve Bola"

The next day, we carried out "Operation Retrieve Bola" and it was successful with the help of Mr.Ladder. I then decided to make a bigger hole in my pocket by buying a new Liverpool Shoe Bag. Then the hole gets bigger when I ate my dinner at Cafe Cartel, I got drag into this restaurant cos they said there is free flow of bread, why
gian over breads sia?

Now I am getting greedier, I want a Liverpool Jersey! So I am raising money now , any kind souls who can donate money to me? Screw the fund raising of SRJC, Join the fund raising for Kok Boon's Jersey! LOL
