oh, merry christmas then.
Saturday, December 27, 2008

Been rather busy the past few days, not with work of course but fun and enjoyment! After a hard year of suffering..torturing...enduring, did i say suffering? well yes its worth mentioning it again and
FINALLY, can slacken abit.

On Christmas eve I went for dinner with my soccer teammates a.k.a secondary schoolmates. We were supposed to dine at Yuki Yaki but when we got there it was full so yea tough luck. We instead settle our stomachs at NYNY(New york x2). Then wanted to go ktv again but yet again, full house. Whats wrong with those people huh, keep messing up our plans for Christmas eve.

After all these we then decided to play pool and did that till 2am and crawled home afterwards.

My Christmas feast was actually eating zi cha at a coffeeshop LOL! But its damn good and cheap too.

Then on Boxing day, I went for a mini gathering with my secondary 3-4 mates at Simpang Bedok. It was quite awkward meeting them at first as some of them changed but after a while everything went wild and Liverpool won!

PW madness!

Have you ever tried doing Project work without all those unnecessary reports and submissions? That's like impossible right, we are rushed every week for the reports as those bloody teachers always tend to find faults in them, even though we think it's the best already.

Well I did.

During my secondary two year, my school wanted us to do project work. Of course without the reports and we are require to submit a video and that year topic was on "Generation Y"
We were thinking of what to do to show the naive side of our generation and we finally we got the idea from some Taiwan prank show hosted by Jacky Wu.

If you guys heard of Ru Hua, then you should have some recollection of that show.

We did not have any scripts at all, it was all a boo-ha as our motto was "zi you fa hui" which means to create your own lines. If you guys couldn't recognize me in the video, don't feel bad because I couldn't either =/

Hello all, bet some of you are waiting for my update eh, no? Haha anyway, so I am the official escort of King Haikal and we were like totally lost in Sengkang.

Somebody said just take 119 from Sengkang Interchange and just alight at the 4th stop, we did and we arrived at some ulu ulu place near Rivervale Plaza but kenneth said fonteyn's place is near Rivervale Mall so we were like what the?

In the end we took the LRT and Kenneth found us. The names for the LRT stations are damn weird like 'Rumbia' and 'Kangkar'

The food was good and after a few mouthfuls of marshmallows, it was time to say good bye but we stayed behind for some slacking with a teacher, first time for me LOL. We apparently just enjoy a hard day of bbq by the pool side lying on those poolside chairs or whatever you call them.

And thanks ah Jonas for nearly pushing me into the pool. We were obviously too loud and the security guards have to ask us to move to the pavilions. They were like telling the Scandalous Chronicles of Sarah about her getting drunk. Then it was time for his royal majesty to return home... actually we were afraid we will miss the last bus.

Bravo, the last bus just abandoned us and we were stranded on Sengkang. Haikal came up with a brilliant idea to save a few bucks by walking a few bus stops towards tampines and we finally boarded a taxi. The midnight surcharge is such a rip-off, 50% of your fare? We were close to walking home from Sengkang when I knew about the midnight surcharge, it was that close man.

KTV session!
Thursday, December 4, 2008

Today was the day that my daily routine of eat, play and sleep was broken as I went to sing karaoke. The funny thing is we booked a large room but in the end like only 5 of us went, so is like 5 guys occupying one big room and we even have space to "kiao ka" (shake leg) while in the medium or small room I can see 5-6 people squeezing together.

We sang all the way from 1pm-7pm and they were spamming jay chou's songs all the way, damn they memorise the whole song like fuck and the lyrics are in "fan ti zi". The sad thing is I'm the only one that support S.H.E so yea, soloed all of them alone =(

Macus have to comment that I am chao ah gua cos I sang S.H.E songs. What? They are the ones who are gay cos all they sing is Jay Chou, Jay Chou and guess what, more Jay Chous. I support a girl band because I'm normal okay, not like YOU guys.

So basically sang only one English song today because they practically ban them. They are those chinese kakis who are aimming for 'A' in their Chinese A levels, while me aimming for a pass? LOL. Had lots of fun but even though there are only five of us and 2 mikes, somehow still feel like never sing enough leh but if call more people come, jialat must snatch mike liao.
