"When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
Things happen twice. Once in your mind, the other in action.
We write our own chapters in life, we are who we are."
and it goes on...

back to the good old days.

woot, mid-years is finally over and I can enjoy myself for the first week, at least.

Went to the gym at some weird place in Sengkang which is supposedly very near to Keagen's house and how disturbing can it be when you find out that your muscles are shrinking! I am not going to pass my pull-ups this way but looking at the way how those adults are working out in order to squeeze every single muscle out that is in the anatomy is just uh, I don't know but I definitely do not have the patience to work out nor the money to buy those miraculous protein powders, soya bean will do ;D

I can't imagine there's a place like this in Sengkang where a swimming pool is.. wait or should I say there are swimming pools beside the gym. I am amazed that I've forgotten how to swim but you can't blame me. The last swimming lesson I had was when I was just a kid and it's like poof, everything went back to the teacher. I got to stop forgeting things that I've learnt previously and most importantly, have to start learning new things again.

It is nice to be in the water except for that slight smell of chlorine and maybe the embarassment of wearing a yellow swimming trunk, for god sake no one wears a YELLOW swimming trunks, it's just too much for me. The journey back home was somewhat peaceful, listening to the same old songs and much thinking. Most of the time I would be thinking of stuffs while staring at the scenery out in the window or I'll be asleep, thats all.
